1. Scope of Service

NorthMark Systems provides custom digital architecture, workflow automation, and custom software development. All services are governed by individual master service agreements and project-specific statements of work.

2. Intellectual Property

Ownership of project-specific code and configurations is defined in the project SOW. Core NorthMark proprietary architectures remain the property of NorthMark Systems.

3. ROI Guarantee

Our 30-Day ROI Guarantee applies to specific systems where measurable leakage is identified prior to deployment. Detailed guarantee conditions are provided in each formal proposal.
